Lantern Gulch Brewing

Brewery and taproom, Rapid City. A taproom that sells out of its best beers on Saturday and answers the same questions all week.

Example project for a fictional business

Concept website for Lantern Gulch Brewing

The situation

A 12-tap brewery with a busy patio, a private event room and food trucks most nights. The tap list lives on a chalkboard, the Wi-Fi is one network shared by guests and the POS, and event inquiries pile up in Facebook messages.

What we would set up

AI

  • Website chat assistant answering dog, kid and food-truck questions
  • Private event inquiries turned into calendar holds and quotes to approve

Web

  • Website with a live tap list pulled from the Arryved POS
  • Social media calendar built around releases, trivia and food trucks
  • Automatic review requests after event bookings

IT

  • Arryved POS with handhelds for the patio
  • Separate networks for guests, POS and staff, with LTE failover

Security

  • Camera system covering the bar, back door and patio

Data

  • Weekly dashboard of sales by beer, day and hour

What changes for the owner

  • The tap list updates itself when a keg is tapped or kicked
  • Event inquiries get an answer in minutes, day or night
  • A guest’s phone can no longer see the card readers
  • Saturday sales by beer show up in a Monday email

These are example projects for fictional businesses, showing what we would build for each type of business. They are not past clients.
