AI automation
Most small businesses don’t need an AI strategy. They need back the hours spent copying invoices, answering the same customer questions and digging through shared drives. We find those jobs, automate them with AI, and connect the results to the software you already run.
What’s included
- A workflow review to find the tasks worth automating
- Email and web-form triage that sorts, tags and drafts replies
- Invoice and receipt capture into QuickBooks or your accounting tool
- A private assistant that answers questions from your own documents
- Website chat that handles common questions and books appointments
- Private or on-premises AI when data can’t leave the building
Who it’s for
Good fits are offices buried in email, shops answering the same visitor questions every summer, and anyone who types numbers from one screen into another.
Where
On site across the Black Hills, including Belle Fourche, Spearfish, Sturgis, Deadwood, Lead, Rapid City, Box Elder, Hill City, Keystone, Custer and Hot Springs. Remote work anywhere.
Try it with sample emails.
This is the kind of workflow we build: AI reads each message, works out what it is, pulls out the details and prepares the next step for you to approve.
Questions about AI automation
Will AI see our customer data?
Only what you approve. We use business accounts with providers that don’t train on your data, and can run models on your own hardware when data has to stay in-house.
Do we need to replace our software?
No. Automations connect to what you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks and your POS.
What does a first project look like?
One workflow, automated and measured over a few weeks. If it saves time, we move on to the next one.
